Shipping & Delivery

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

How soon will I get my order?

Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [for U.S. orders] averages 1-3 days (almost all orders are shipped via USPS). Please allow approximately 3-6 days from the time your order is placed to the day it is received. International orders (if applicable, see below) can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of the USA. If you would like to place an order, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

I'm located outside of the US. Will I be charged customs fees?

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

What is your privacy policy?

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. No one wants a spam clogged inbox (including us). 

Is my credit card information protected?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrap at this time but hope to soon. Check back for updates.

Everything Else

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently only offer gift cards for use at our brick & mortar location. We hope to offer gift cards for online purchases soon.

I make a product that I think would be perfect at nine + roxy. Who do I contact?

We always welcome emails about products that you'd love to see sold on nine + roxy, whether it be your own or otherwise. Please send all product pitches to nineandroxy@gmail.com.

Can I use your product images on my blog?

Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products!

Do you have a brick & mortar location?

Yes! Our brick & mortar is located in Carmel, IN at the Carmel City Center, 751 Hanover Place.
